When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project location and any details you include in the message field. We do not collect bank details, ID documents or other sensitive data.
Our website uses basic analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. These record anonymised page views and general browser information. We do not use advertising cookies.
We will never sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless you become a customer. Customer records (invoices, warranty details) are retained for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.

Our enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms. Our live-chat widget is provided by Tawk.to. Our hosting is provided by Netlify. Each of these has its own privacy policy and acts as a data processor on our behalf.
