Insulated, perforated and solid-lath roller shutters. Manual or electric, powder-coated steel or aluminium, fitted across the UK.
The highest security option. Interlocking steel or aluminium laths with no see-through. Best for overnight security on high-risk premises (jewellers, pharmacies, off-licences, electronics retailers).
Laths with punched or round-hole perforations that let light through while still securing the premises. Popular with retailers who want window displays visible at night — customers can still window-shop after hours.
Double-skin foam-filled laths that add significant thermal insulation and noise reduction. Used on industrial roller doors and larger commercial openings where heat loss matters.
Shutters can be operated manually (geared hand-chain, suitable up to about 15m² curtain area), by tube motor (the standard for retail frontages, operated by key-switch or remote), or by three-phase industrial motor (for large industrial doors). Remote fobs, smartphone control and integration with burglar alarm systems are all available.
Standard powder-coat colours are white (RAL 9010), black (RAL 9005), silver-grey (RAL 9006) and dark green (RAL 6009). Any other RAL colour is available on request with a 1–2 week extra lead time. We can also powder-coat to match your brand colours — we've done BP green, KFC red, and Greggs blue more times than we can count.
A standard single-unit insulated roller shutter (up to 4m wide) with tube motor starts from around £1,800 + VAT supplied and fitted. Larger or more specialised shutters are quoted after survey.
