If your store front has been broken into, damaged in a storm, or failed unexpectedly, we have a response team on-call 24 hours a day across the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Greater Birmingham. Outside those areas we cover emergency call-outs during working hours and can usually be on-site within 4–6 hours.
Our emergency service includes: same-day board-up (plywood sheeting secured to the frame), temporary glazing (3mm polycarbonate as an interim fix), shutter repair or replacement, door realignment, lock replacement, and post-incident weather-proofing.
Toughened safety glass, laminated glass, and double-glazed sealed unit replacement. For stock sizes we can usually fit same-day; for custom shapes or safety-rated glass it's typically 2–5 working days.
Seized motors, damaged laths, failed bottom bars, bent guides, broken remote control systems. Most shutter faults are fixed on the first visit.
Dropped hinges, misaligned closers, failing locks, damaged handles. Most of these are labour jobs taking 1–2 hours on site.

We handle insurance-claim repair work routinely and can liaise directly with your insurer or loss adjuster if needed. Photographic reports and detailed invoices for claim purposes are standard.
Standard repair call-out is £120 + VAT (includes the first hour of labour and up to 30 miles travel). Emergency out-of-hours call-out is £220 + VAT. Parts and materials are itemised separately. Service contracts with prepaid call-outs are available for multi-site operators.
