DDA-compliant automatic doors for retail, clinics, offices and supermarkets. Manufactured by GEZE, DORMA and record โ fitted and maintained by our engineers.
The classic supermarket and shopping-centre entrance โ two panels that slide apart on an overhead track. Quick, quiet, and great for high-volume footfall. Single-leaf versions work for narrower openings.
Motorised swing operators retrofit onto existing doors (hinged store front doors, fire doors, office entrances). Activated by push-pad, sensor or access control. The right answer when you can't change the frontage layout but need hands-free access.
Two sliding panels per side instead of one, giving twice the opening width in the same frontage footprint. Used on narrower frontages where a standard bi-parting door wouldn't give enough clear opening.
Every automatic door we fit complies with BS EN 16005 (safety of powered doors), BS 7036 (code of practice for auto-door safety), and the Equality Act 2010 / Document M (accessibility). Activation sensors, safety beams, emergency break-out panels and battery back-up are all standard โ not optional extras.
Automatic doors need periodic servicing to stay safe and compliant. We offer 6-monthly and annual service contracts across the UK, with 24-hour emergency call-out for breakdowns. Our engineers carry spares for all the major manufacturers on their vans, so most call-outs are resolved on the first visit.
A standard bi-parting sliding automatic door (1.8m clear opening) starts from around ยฃ3,800 + VAT supplied and fitted. Swing operators start from ยฃ1,500 + VAT. Telescopic and specialist configurations are quoted individually.
